What is included in the CSV?

The CSV includes the transaction fields extracted from your statement, such as date, description, debit, credit and balance where available in the source PDF.

Can I open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes. CSV is a plain-text spreadsheet format supported by Excel, Google Sheets, and most accounting import workflows.

Does StatementBee work with scanned statements?

StatementBee currently supports text-based PDFs downloaded from a bank. Scanned PDFs and photos require OCR and are not yet supported.

Your statement stays local. The PDF, extracted transactions, and generated file remain on your device. Account holders may see conversion metadata such as the file name and result in their history, but we do not store the statement itself.
